No experience is necessary
In a supportive and nurturing space we will be bringing you effective techniques from Yoga and Meditation that are easily accessible and useful regardless of your level of experience. Yoga is not about folding yourself into a pretzel (!), although if that’s your thing, you are also most welcome. ;)
The beautiful Lenk Lodge will be hosting us for this retreat. Nestled in stunning scenery of the Bernese Oberland, this house bears more than 100 years history and has been transformed into a cosy, stylish and modern sanctuary.
Relaxation begins as soon as you arrive at the serene surroundings, fresh mountain air, soothing sounds of birds and nature.

The retreat language is English and German. German translation is always available when needed.
