Terms & Conditions

Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a personal atmosphere. A minimum of 6 registered participants is required 3 months in advance, to run the retreat. In the case of a fewer number of participants, we will have to cancel and postpone to a new date.

 

To avoid inconveniences we will inform confirmed participants via the e-mail address provided with booking as soon as possible if the retreat is taking place, by the very latest 3 months in advance.

 

Payment

 

  • Full payment is due with booking.

 

Cancellation

 

  • In the case you are unable to attend the retreat but have a friend who wishes to attend, the registration fee can be transferred upon your confirmation. Otherwise, it is strictly non-refundable.
     

  • In the event that we must cancel the retreat due to the minimum number of participants not reached, we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to the new retreat date or refund the registration fee you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare, transport or other costs incurred and so we recommend adequate travel insurance or to wait with booking travel arrangements until March 8, 2019.
     

  • We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
     

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with.

 

  • Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations or travel delays.​​​​

 

Discounts
 

  • BLISSFUL reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts which do not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
     

Health & Safety
 

  • The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by BLISSFUL teachers and the venue. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to participate in our retreat activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctors advice before attending the retreat. BLISSFUL is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. Each participant is responsible to stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any current/previous injuries/conditions that may affect the practice.

 

  • BLISSFUL cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
     

  • BLISSFUL accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses occurring during the customers stay or travelling to and from the retreat.

Changes

  • BLISSFUL reserves the right to change the prices, the program and the teachers without prior notice, according to possible external circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstance can any change to the above-mentioned elements lead to any compensation.
